If you are using Google Chrome to startup the game, Bandai Namco had ask you to stop update your browser to version 45.
There is a technical difficulty to run their plugin that used to startup the game with Google Chrome ver45. So if you already updated your chrome, they suggest you to use the Internet Explorer (aka IE) to start the game.
